New York Scholar Gatherings

Coke Scholars in New York City got together twice this month! Once was for a picnic in Central Park and another was for a performance of Midsummer Night’s Dream in Bryant Park. Thanks to Jeremiah Grant (2013), Anita Kishore (1995) and Courtney Hauck (2014) for organizing these events.

Mehul Patel (1994), Michael Solomon (1992), Anita Kishore (1995), and Jack McKinstry (2000), also got together for dinner in NYC.

Coke Scholar Co-Workers

Jorge Casimiro (1994) and Jarvis Sam (2009), who work at Nike together in Portland, got together for dinner.

Coke Scholars on Campus

2021 Scholars got together on campus at Stanford University.

Liana Wallace (2019) and Vanessa Carrillo (2019) at Georgetown University and Joseph Decilos (2020) at George Washington University got together for Cokes and pizza in Washington, DC.

Jessica Goldberg sent a picture of her and fellow 2020 Scholar and University of Michigan student Cathryn Gray – “Cathryn and I have become really good friends! We took a picture at dinner on Saturday.”

Scholars got together at Vanderbilt University, including Abinaya Ramakrishnan (2018), Akash Gururaja (2019), Grace Jones (2021), Hananeel Morinville (2021), Nisala Kalupahana (2020), Rekha Iyer (2019), Danni Chacon (2021), and Shanay Desai (2021).

2021 Scholars Kynnedy Smith, Sikirat Mustapha, Laalitya Acharya, and Sönke Pietsch met up at Columbia University.
